On February 10th, I purchased a license and received an email stating I would receive additional information via a separate email. As of today, I have not received any other email with my license key, nor have I gotten a response to both of my emails to support asking the status. Has anyone else had this happen?
If you've been checking out this forum you will see that the developer is not attentive and for all we know is no longer engaged in updating or developing the product. It is a fantastic app and truly useful, but without support and updates of questionable value at this point. Your credit card company may be able to reverse the charge if you do not get what you paid for.

I just bought a license and immediately got an email with the subject Your MailHub Order DER200313-XXXX-YYYYY which contained my license code. Hopefully yours will show up.
Perhaps check your spam folder?
Ordered my licence on April 14 – no key so far.
